Stainless Steel Check Valves
Stainless steel check valves stop reverse flow automatically in corrosive, hygienic and high-purity systems. They open with forward flow and close when it stops or reverses.
We supply SS304 and SS316 swing, lift, spring-loaded (disc) and dual plate check valves, threaded, wafer and flanged.

Frequently asked questions
Which check valve works in any orientation?
Spring-loaded disc (in-line or wafer) check valves close by spring force, so they work horizontally, vertically up or vertically down.
What cracking pressure do spring checks need?
Typically a few hundredths of a bar up to around 0.5 bar depending on the spring. Low-pressure gravity systems need a low-cracking or springless design.
Can I use a check valve on a dosing pump?
Yes, spring-loaded stainless checks are common on dosing lines. Check seat material compatibility with the chemical.
