Forged Steel Globe Valves
Forged steel globe valves give precise flow regulation and tight shut-off in small-bore, high-pressure lines. The disc moves straight onto the seat, so each turn of the handwheel changes flow gradually.
We supply forged globe valves to API 602 in carbon, alloy and stainless steel, with socket weld, threaded or butt weld ends, including bellows-sealed options.

Frequently asked questions
When should I choose a forged globe valve over a forged gate valve?
Choose a globe valve when you need to throttle or adjust flow, or need very tight repeatable shut-off. Choose a gate valve for low-pressure-drop isolation only.
What is a bellows-sealed globe valve?
A metal bellows around the stem creates a hermetic seal so fluid can't escape along the stem. It is used for steam, thermal oil and toxic or hazardous fluids.
Which end connection should I use?
Socket weld is the standard for high-pressure small-bore piping. Threaded ends suit lower-risk utility service. Butt weld suits critical or high-temperature lines.
